Bridal Dresses from Etsy

I think I have found the One but still there is no harm in window-shopping now is there? Anyone who knows me, knows my love for Etsy. The Boy and I are passionate about supporting small and or local businesses when we can (we still love our Petsmart and frequent our Wal-Mart) and so Etsy is a really great place to do that. That and plus, where better to find the next “big” deal like Leanne Marshall from Project Runway got her start from Etsy. So let us begin with her

Helene Wedding Dress by Leanne Marshall

Ok so it is not the wedding dress and still not cheap at $1325 but when else can you say you are wearing a Leanne Marshall Orginal, the next It Girl? Perfect for an afternoon wedding, a garden wedding, a formal tea party reception, throw on some rocking heels, a fascinator that is all the rage now and you are done!

Powdered Sugar Dress by Sarahseven

Sarahseven has a lot of beautiful dresses off her Spring Bridal 2009 collection but this is by far by favorite. The sweetheart neckline, the skinny belt to accentuate your waist, the weightless of the dress, you will look like you are floating down the aisle (if you are not already).

Holly Stalders Fairest of Them All

Holly Stalder's "Fairest of Them All"

I have a soft spot in my heart for this dress. I love sweet babydoll dresses with details. And how cute would this be for a civil ceremony with a little silk bolero and little peep-toes. Made of silk taffeta (not that polyester stuff) there is nothing like a simple dress, beautifully made.

Toccatas Lace Wedding Dress

Toccata's Lace Wedding Dress

Not leave out my long dress brides, this dress is simply dreamy and for $580? That is like daylight robbery. I love lace. I love lace wedding dresses. Look at that detail, ladies! It is made to order (!!!) and just lovely.

Prizysebastians Persephone Dress

Prizysebastian's Persephone Dress

I have been acquainted with Prizysebastian since my interning days in New York City. Her stuff is delights in being a girl with ruffles, lace, pleating, tucking. So this is not amazingly cheap at $950 but it is handmade of chiffon silk.

Etsy is worth checking out, ladies! Are you buying anything from Etsy for your wedding? Any recommendations?
