My Very First Giveaway
Little Shoestring Bride is all grown up and ready to take on the world *tear*
I often bemoan the fact I do not, in fact, have my own place. Well, I have my own place, but, you know, I cannot actually paint my bedroom black, or wallpaper my closet, rip up this horrid carpeting and put down wood flooring that seemed to have been there for a thousand years, flitched from some old French cathedral or what have you. Oh, and I could completely deck out my place from one of CSN’s 200+ stores. Ya, two hundred. Ladies and gentlemen, the wonders that is online shopping: you don’t have to leave your couch to buy bar furniture, or cookware, or anything remotely shippable. Hurrah for all the potato couches of the world. The French cathedral wood panels for flooring however, has yet to manifest itself. I have no doubt one day (hopefully in the near future), they will be available via a mouse click.
One of you will receive a $50 gift certificate that can be used at any of CSN’s two hundred over stores. Seriously, if you cannot find something you like, you are crazy. I think the problem would be narrowing down something to get. Personally, I would buy more bedding. Yes, one can never have too many bed sets. Dwell Studio is my favorite. Currently, their discontinued Thicket duvet set is on my bed. Though their ever popular classic chinoiserie is beautiful.
I have teased you long enough. How to enter:
1. Comment with your name, email address, and what you would spend your $50 toward if you did win.
2. You get another entry if you publicized this on your blog so enter another comment if you did with a link to said blog.
Seriously. That is it.
The winner shall be selected randomly. Contest ends Sunday, May 9th. 2010 and winner announced the following day Monday, May 10th, 2010
This is a sponsored post by CNS stores
I got engaged this weekend! Ok, I had to share! Now, I would use the $50 gift certificate towards these Pet Steps.
My 9 year old Cocker Spaniel, Nestle can no longer jump on and off the bed so I have been eyeing these steps for awhile! I would love for my baby to have these and make her life a little easier!

Shoes, I need shoes! http://www.shoesgotsole.com/Mariana-By-GOLC-1207-04-MLY1005.html
And a teapot http://www.cookware.com/Le-Creuset-Q9250-30-LEC1591.html

Thanks!
How fun! Really seriously, I need a le creuset Dutch oven!!
Hooray for Giveaways! I would use the gift card on new chair pads for our dining room chairs. They are seriously in need of some love, especially after a 2 year old peed on them at a party we had this past weekend. {sigh}
I would buy something to scare away the neighbor’s kids.
Why? Because one time I was dressed up as a clown monster and robbed a bank, but eventually I got caught. I would have gotten away with it, too, if it weren’t for those meddling kids!

And congrats on your first giveaway. I just found you, so I’m happy I was able to participate.
I’d love to use it toward the Wildon Home Omak Three Panel Folding Screen in Wood with Natural Frame to spice up my apartment (and hide some junk!).
I love your blog — totally relatable! 🙂
I too am a bride on a shoestring and this month I’m merging homes with my Mister Right and our adorable little furball, Bam Bam. My fiance and I are moving from 1-level flats into a 2-story townhome. Bam Bam is a Shih-Tzu, and he is blind (and I should also mentioned that he is the cutest little guy in the world!). One of the things our vet told us is that it would be great for Bam Bam to have multiple beds around the house (definitely on on each level) to park his cute litle butt since we don’t want him wandering around bumping into walls all the time. As of now he only has 1 dog bed, and I’d love to use a $50 CSN credit towards a new bed for Bam Bam like this one: http://www.csnstores.com/American-Mills-33523.994-AML1106.html
Thanks for the super duper entertaining blog! I’m loving it, glad I found you! 🙂
Despite registering for a waffle iron, it is one of the things we did not receive as a wedding gift. And our roommate took his to his fiance’s house. gosh. so now I have to buy my own, moan. although I’d probably be tempted to splurge on another le creuset something or other. aren’t I just a slut for french cookware.
I would love to get the Olive Prairie Rag Rug!
